Today we normalize asking for help! We banish shame and insecurity and embrace the renewal of our minds. To destigmatize mental illness, we have to start talking about it. This is an open list of national mental health resources. (More resources will be added over time.)

Whether you are looking for assistance during a mental health crisis, hoping to begin therapy, or seeking education, there are several great resources that can help. Remember, you are loved and never alone.

The HopeLine: Offering support and numerous resources to those suffering from mental illness, relationship challenges, addiction, and more.

Mental Health America (MHA): An organization dedicated to addressing the needs of those living with mental illness. Find a location near you with their Affiliate Resource Center.

National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI): Offering support, education, and advocacy resources; NAMI Helpline: Call 800-950-NAMI (6264)
